Position Objective
The Sales Operations Administrator helps the sales organization run effectively, efficiently and in support of business strategies and objectives.
Responsibilities
Daily administration of SalesForce database to ensure accurate and complete data rolls up to reporting for sales team and management
Daily, on-demand review and validation of incoming leads from marketing and website to properly assign to appropriate sales representative in a timely fashion
Work closely with sales representatives and the contracts department to review and process Excel based quotes for all divisional product lines to prepare for contract generation
Various, one-time projects necessary to update and populate data in SalesForce
Update and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as database applications are developed
Assist in communicating and ensuring policies and procedures are followed by the sales team
Schedule and run sales meetings via GoToMeeting / GoToWebinar
Help maintain team SharePoint site, including creating, updating, and organizing data
Provide sales team support as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related degree and 3
years of administrative experience in a professional setting
Strong working knowledge of CRM databases (ideally, Salesforce)
Experienced with Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint with proficiency in Excel
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred skill set includes GoToMeeting / GoToWebinar experience
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
