Our client, located near Merrimack, NH is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Inside Sales Associate to develop new and maintain existing customer relationships.
Responsibilities include initial contact and follow up with customers by phone, email and, on occasion, trade show attendance. Providing timely responses to customer requests for information, quotations and new product announcements.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong MS Office, organization and multi-tasking skills and the ability to understand technical terminology and communicate with all levels of customers.
Associates degree and a minimum of one year inside sales experience in a high-tech environment is required.
