Responsibilities Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes Implement and maintain Human Resource policies and procedures Conduct employee benefit enrollments Administer performance reviews and manage personnel files Manage employee time off requests and maintain accurate records Organize employee engagement initiatives and coordinate company events Assist with processing payroll and ensuring accurate record-keeping Respond to employee inquiries and manage employee relations Collaborate with Senior Management team on various projects and initiatives Requirements At least 3-5 years of experience in Human Resource administration Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Knowledge of Human Resources laws and regulations Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Job Type:
