OVERVIEW We continue to experience rapid growth as we invest in resources and create new opportunities; as a result, we have exciting opportunities for an Inside Government Sales rep responsible for many of our State and Local government opportunities. The Inside Sales Account Manager for State & Local Government accounts will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and evaluating new business opportunities and alliances that promote the organization's objectives. The candidate will help cultivate relationships & cultivate opportunities with government agency end-users and other specifiers to ensure Crestron is listed as a proprietary or preferred vendor. We are seeking a polished, proactive and driven AV-savvy sales professional, for our Government business unit to support the sales function and develop business relationships with IT architects, executives, and key decision makers within the state and local government. Additionally, Inside Sales will work closely with the field organization to collaborate and execute sales strategies that provide revenue lift within the assigned territory. RESPONSIBILITIES Create and maintain consultative client relationships and engage in retention selling to ensure continued long-term partnership success with Explore and build partner relationships to develop and/or enhance business alliances. Coordinate with Sales team to ensure awareness of upcoming projects, opportunities and/or changes in customer specifications in order to maximize chances of opportunity conversion. Conduct research and analysis of market / project opportunities while evaluating the market / project opportunities by engaging with clients. This individual will participate in strategic planning processes with Direct Manager and field counterpart to help implement business plans and initiatives in coordination with other business functions. Facilitate business development via virtual webinars, training, education in conjunction with other areas of Crestron, e.g., Marketing, Training, etc. Demonstrate strong knowledge of managing and attaining aggressive quotas. Manage the full sales cycle with enterprise clients using a consultative, relationship-driven approach. Experience in Unified Communications, Virtual Collaboration technologies, Video Conferencing, Commercial AV integration, Video Streaming, Cloud and IoT Navigate complex org structures and tech stacks across the business as you lead discovery conversations, product demos and solution discussions. Educate potential clients and their teams on the transformative power of our products, building a coalition of Crestron Electronics enthusiasts throughout the organization. Demonstrate awareness of the market and strong technical knowledge, deliver business value to the account and build on customer relationships. Cultivating and managing deep relationships with executive level clients QUALIFICATIONS Experience selling solutions to state and local government agencies 5
years of successful inside sales experience in the Commercial Network/IT marketplace, with a focus on consultative, solutions and relationship selling. A consultative, relationship-driven sales philosophy and an innate desire to help clients with the ability to explain complex technical concepts Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, long sales cycles, and multiple decision-makers. Experience with CRM software, Salesforce experience a plus. A/V or technical product/service sales experience - prefered. 1-2 years of Channel or Distributor sales experience - preferred. An unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to deal with ambiguity Demonstrates good judgment in analyzing information to make routine decisions. Exceptional written, phone and verbal communication skills Excellent computer skills, including a strong familiarity with the Microsoft Platform. College Degree -- preferred.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Account Management, Sales Engineering, SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
