Summary:
As a Direct Support Professional, your primary job responsibility is to support program participants according to their scheduled activities.
This may include assisting people with health and wellness goals, teaching skills for independent living, or helping a person at their job site.
What you'll do:
Providing supported employment assistance and job coaching.
Help and guide individuals with daily living skills.
Assisting program participants with achieving their short-term and long-term goals while documenting progress daily Transporting and accompanying program participants to activities in the community.
Seeking out opportunities for community-based activities for the individuals to enjoy.
Help to provide a safe and nurturing environment for our individuals.

Eagerness to learn.
Flexible and adaptable.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and auto insurance.
18 years or older.
