Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and responsive team player who is able to multi-task and has excellent analytic skills.
As a member of the Fidelity Real Estate Company (FREC) Technology Innovation team, you will provide analysis and support for FREC technology core data.
In this position, you will partner with the Director of Real Estate Technology, Sr.
Manager of Real Estate Data, along with business subject matter experts and corporate technology teams to analyze and support the integration of data across real estate applications and into a central data repository.
This position will partner with FREC's business groups to support data pipelines, warehousing and systems integrations, coordinate data consumption requirements and help drive organizational data proficiency.
This position will assist with the review and clean-up of real estate data across various Fidelity systems and work in partnership with team members to analyze data against established policies.
You will also participate in and support projects relating to data and data process improvements.
The TeamThe Manager of Real Estate Data is part of FREC's Technology Innovation Group.
The group is responsible for the development, implementation, support, and end-user training of multiple technology programs across Fidelity's corporate real estate functions.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor's Degree in information technology, data sciences, or other related subjects or relevant working experience Strong working knowledge of system development projects, system mapping, data integration, and data analysis Knowledge of database concepts and understanding of structures required Working knowledge of Data Query & SQL and experience with tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.

Ability to break down and detail the flow of data from origination to consumption Experience carrying out projects in an Agile environment Understanding of database platforms such as Oracle and Snowflake Ability to quickly learn and understand the FREC technology ecosystem, its dependencies, and potential downstream impacts A passion for using data to drive better business decision-making Ability to support multiple initiatives and be able to quickly change prioritization Aptitude to quickly come up to speed on new technology concepts Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and prioritization skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to effectively communicate and translate business needs into technical requirements Ability to support multiple ongoing initiatives and see them through to completion Ability to design business process workflows and comprehensive business cases Experience with Agile/Scrum and traditional project management methodologies.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can balance working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated success with working on cross-functional initiatives that required strong collaboration with both internal and external business partners.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
