Works with video team to research, prepare and help produce video for sales, promotion, documentation, and other communicative purposes for both internal and external audiences. Works with team to determine appropriate medium, creates product concepts, plans production, and produces media to include scriptwriting, location scouting, shot selection, video shooting, music and sound effect selection, computer graphics, animation, digital effect creation, final editing and tape duplication. The interested candidate must have the ability to script write narratives for visual media.
Utilizing AP style, narratives will engage a variety of internal audiences concerning company-wide initiatives. Such initiatives would include programs from: the office of the company president, on upcoming events, company awards or benefits, company recognitions, and/or general news content.
For the external audience, scripted narratives will require: the ability to perform independent research for subject matter of a highly technical nature; the ability to work with and interview subject matter experts; the ability to write in both long form or documentary style, and in short format or news gathering style.

Required Skills: The interested candidate must be able to quickly adapt to potential changes in project scope, while still being able to meet customer critical deadlines in a time-sensitive manner. The candidate will also need to understand company branding standards within the programs they're developing; as well as plan and develop the narrative in an effective manner based on the final delivery method. It is preferred that the candidate have familiarity with either a PC or Mac-based non-linear editing environment such as Adobe Premier or an equivalent. Additional consideration would be given to the candidate who has a working knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe CS5 or higher, and animation software such as Adobe After Effects or an equivalent.
