Job Level Specific Duties
Works as a consulting team lead in the development of technical solutions within practice area.
Independently develops solutions and strategies based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing infrastructure and applies principles, concepts and techniques of skills in developing solutions and strategies.
Consulting activities include identifying needs, developing, influencing, and implementing customer solutions.
Provides direction for entire consulting project or a project team and makes decisions on approaches and procedures.
Provides customer solutions for a large project or several small to medium size projects with limited complexity using standard methodology.
Prepares project proposals, cost estimates and participates in sales and proposal presentations.
Integrates multiple technologies and applications within a specific customer solution.
Regularly serves as a pre-sales support specialist through the development of materials and by presenting simple solutions to prospective clients as a subject matter expert.
Expectation to identify additional opportunities within current customer relationships.
