Description:
We're looking for an aggressive individual to participate in our effort in engineering, developing and supporting our EZPaaS (platform as a Service) products which include shared Java application and services, common shared UI components and modules, and application development frameworks to support the development effort across all FIMT organization. Many of our product offerings are designed and implemented on Java and JavaScript technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of application framework and Web UI engineering and development, experience in design and implementing software and components for deployment on our preferred technology stack, excellent skills in using technologies such as JavaScript/Java, Spring, jQuery, JSON, AJAX, XML, REST, Java, Spring and object oriented programming.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Include existing software support, the ability to identify and implement improvements in existing processes, and the skills to effectively contribute to new and on-going development projects. Strong technical knowledge, excellent writing and communication skills, and experience in all phases of application development are required.
Education:A Bachelor's Degree in software engineering or equivalent.
Professional:
Approximately 10 years of framework software development experience are required along with a focused/driven attitude toward the support and development of mission critical systems.
Technical knowledge:
An expert working knowledge of Web UI framework development as well as strong development skills in application and common shared UI components leveraging jQuery plugins, JSON, Object oriented JavaScript, CSS, HTML, AJAX, XML are required. Experience with a number of the following technologies and experience are strongly suggested: User Interface design and implementation, Single Page web and Mobile applications development, Spring, Java, REST and JAX-WS based web services.
Business or industry knowledge:The candidate should have some exposure to investing/banking technology sector.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
