Summary: Manage and drive product and program release process from beginning to end. Work closely with other functional areas to manage the product and program launches ensuring a timely and efficient process. Responsible for the creation and process management of Market Requirement Documents (MRD) and Product Requirement Documents (PRD).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT:
Manage complete lifecycle of releases of Company products, programs, and services.
Manage projects as assigned to improve customer offering and experience.
Evaluate methods across geographies and publish accepted methods and best practices in order to build process and product consistency.
Maintain reference material on new products and develop and deliver training on new product releases and policy procedure changes.
With the VP of Marketing, ensure new product developments are delivered to market with detailed product launch plans and sales collateral documentation.
Analyze and report on key performance indicators.
Demonstrates commitment to Stratasys Core Values by leading, acting and behaving in a manner consistent with these values.
Follows all company safety policies and procedures and attend all safety trainings related to the job.
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:
Manage and coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) process cross-functionally to ensure all NPI milestones are tracked and delivered from product concept (product specifications) to first customer ship.
Own Product Roadmap and NPI process from ideation to launch to end of life.
Coordinate new product and program launch requirements.
Manage all deliverables for product and program release activities.
Monitor weekly status of critical cross-functional dependencies and communicate timely updates to all key stakeholders including senior management.
Manage changes to delivery process and ensuring that back end systems are set up appropriately and communicated.
Participate in core team meetings to gather feedback and recommendations on product launch activities and proposed changes in business process.
Set up infrastructure for new product or programs, authorization, and registration.
Communicate installation, authorization and registration procedures for all products.
Essential Education, Skills and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering) and minimum of 5 years of experience with product planning, program management, marketing, or product development including experience in Product Marketing or Program Management.
NPI and program/project management experience.
Experience in managing projects, timelines, and checklists
Excellent and professional written and verbal skills, well-versed in managing meetings and preparing presentations or status reports.
Strong organizational skills and consistent attention to detail with crisp understanding of interdependencies in the NPI process.
Strong communications skills are a must to be able to move projects through cross-functional teams. Must be proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
Collaborative team spirit, able to work with team members at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to work closely and cross-functionally with product management, sales, business planning, marketing communication, operations and support.
Ability to work well with others.

Physical/Environmental Requirements:
Works in a pleasant office environment with other department staff, utilizing a computer workstation and various software applications. Specific work schedule is coordinated with direct supervisor.
Travel requirement: 20%, including international travel
