Customer Service Representative

We have a temp-perm opportunity as a Customer Service Representative for our reputable client in Merrimack, NH. Someone with bank teller experience is a plus. In this position you will be doing billing and cash processing, but also you will spend a good amount of time on the phones resolving billing and payment questions. You will be processing cash receipts, preparing daily bank deposits, proofing and processing the daily cash drawer, setting up new accounts and updating changes regarding customer accounts (name, address, phone numbers etc.) along with other clerical duties. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong math, organizational and analytical skills; and you must be accurate and have a keen attention to detail. You must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and have basic knowledge of standard office equipment.
$13/hour 8:
30am-5pm Monday through FridayEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
